All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
Processing time refers to the time required to prepare and dispatch your order after payment is received. This does not include shipping time.

2. Shipping Times

United States: 3–7 business days
International: 7–14 business days

Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, weather conditions, or high-volume periods.

3. Shipping Rates

We offer FREE shipping on all orders.
There are no additional shipping charges at checkout.

4. Shipping Carriers

Orders are fulfilled through trusted third-party logistics providers and carriers such as USPS, UPS, DHL, FedEx, or local postal services depending on destination.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number.
Tracking information may take 24–72 hours to update after shipment.

6. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Nest Haven is not responsible for packages lost, stolen, or delayed in transit once they have been handed to the carrier.

7. Incorrect Address Information

Customers are responsible for entering accurate shipping information at checkout.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping fees may apply.

8. International Shipping & Customs

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by their country.
